We’re a creative bunch of people working across offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle (UK). Together, we administer, tech and design projects around the world spanning every facet of the entertainment industry.

We’re unlike any other production company you’ve worked for. We challenge our technicians to work in weird and wonderful environments that range from stadiums to forests, city squares and underground tunnels. We don’t work in hotel ballrooms and you’ll never have to sit through a conference session. We tackle projects that are interesting, highly creative and allow us to flex our creative and technical skills regardless of location, size or complexity.

We’re not your normal desk job. Our offices are cool; there are beers and wine in the fridge, the music is always playing and we’re more agile than most with flexible working arrangements. We thrive on collaboration and a casual work environment that fosters creativity and discussion.

We’re nothing like an agency. Our creatives have real skill – mood boards are banned in our offices in favour of high-end rendering, tech-based design and realistic approaches to projects regardless of size. We play with robots, build interactive systems, design our own rigging and artworks and refuse to be told by industry distributors what lights we should use or how we should do things.

We’re for everyone. We’re strong advocates for LGBTQIA+ representation and our staff come from a wide range of backgrounds. We’re inclusive, supportive and celebrate all our people without prejudice.

If you’re disruptive, seeking something more challenging than a ballroom gig and are sick of the same shows day in and day out, we want to hear from you.
